Email updates
If you join the list, the site stores your email address, the page where you signed up, your consent version, confirmation status, and signup time. A confirmation email is sent before the address becomes active. The address is used only for occasional ITZTHEDEAN release updates and is not sold.
Email delivery
The site uses an email-delivery provider to send confirmation and release-update messages. That provider processes the recipient address only as needed to deliver and protect those emails.
Anonymous measurement
The site records basic button-click events such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and pre-save selections. These records contain the page and destination category—not your name, email, IP address, cookies, or a personal advertising profile.
Embedded players
Spotify players are provided by Spotify and may process data under Spotify’s own privacy terms when loaded or used.
Your choice
You can use the music links without joining the email list. Every release email will include an unsubscribe option.
